Our two day property tours depart from the EcoHotel in Talca (4 Norte 1198) at 9:00 AM and return at 6:30 PM each day .
We normally visit anywhere from 5 to 10 available properties each day with farmland and coastal properties being the focus of the tour. We provide information on average market prices, comparable sales, and the closing process in Chile.
The two day tours are designed to help you get a solid understanding of numerous areas all in a very short period of time as well as to show you the most interesting parts of the the central regions I've found over the last several years.

Cancellations
We offer a 50% refund on cancellations of tours made 48 hours or more before the departure time of the reserved tour (for tours priced at $100 USD or more). With less than 48 hours notice, we do not offer refunds.
